I am a Creative Wellbeing Practitioner from North Ayrshire, Scotland. Growing up, I loved art but it was not easily accessible for me. I kept at it and got the opportunity to go to a residential on the Isle of Arran where I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, tried new creative activities and spent more time in nature. This transformed my life. I created an art project called Elemental to encourage other young people to spend more time outdoors and express themselves through art. I believe in the power of self expression, art for activism and utilising the world at my door step to affect change, progress and above all, happiness.
