Course Details

Healthi-Arts Minds was a 6-week creative wellbeing project delivered in three East Renfrewshire high schools: Barrhead High, Woodfarm, St Luke's High. Young people participated in creative activities to develop digital wellbeing toolkits for self-care, building on resources co-created by last year’s cohort. The project included a school showcase and made resources available on Articulate Studio.

Course Materials Required...

Air drying clay in a range of colours
Plastic clay tools to cut, shape and texture
Rolling pin
Accessories - beads, feathers, pipe cleaners, googly eyes etc

This course is for anyone who loves a fidget toy and would like to make their own to soothe, help with stress and improve wellbeing
